Certosino and Bolognese tradition

Paolo Atti & Figli offers its customers a choice of exclusive deli of own production. The symbol product, and also the most popular one, is still the certosino. This traditional Bolognese cake, which is also known abroad, is a long-life product and conceals a surprising feast of flavours, including honey, candied fruit, stewed fruit, jam or fruit pickles, shelled almonds and pine nuts, cocoa powder, dark chocolate and wine syrup. With this product Paolo Atti & Figli won the prestigious "Dino Villani" award in 2007, by the Italian Academy of Cuisine. Certosino by Paolo Atti & Figli is produced throughout the year and still packaged in the same elegant art-nouveau box, faithfully reproduced from the original model of the '20s.
